By accessing or purchasing from Sweet Crumb Desserts & Cakes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

All products are made to order unless otherwise stated. Custom orders require advance notice and confirmation.

Payments

Payment is required at checkout to secure your order. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup or delivery. Orders cancelled after this window may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

Product Variations

Because our desserts are handmade, slight variations in appearance may occur. This does not affect quality or taste.
